RETURNS
We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email info@ereditajewelry.com for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your order within 6 hours, you will receive a refund less a 3% processing fee. However, after 6 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that has been completed. After 6 hours you may still be subject to the restocking fee.
PRODUCTION TIME
Eredità's jewelry is made to order and crafted by hand with exceptional care and attention to detail. To ensure the highest quality, please allow for a production time of up to 4-6 weeks (excluding holidays).
If you have any urgent shipping requests, please contact us at info@ereditajewelry.com and select the appropriate delivery option during checkout.
Once your payment is cleared and your order is completed, you will receive an automated email containing your invoice. Please be aware that this email may end up in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are a first-time customer.
We are deeply grateful for your support of our products, and we will work diligently to address any issues that may arise with your order. We will communicate with you promptly to resolve any concerns.
JEWELRY CARE
We recommend that you have your fine jewelry cleaned professionally. For light cleaning, we recommend using a soft toothbrush with mild soap diluted in warm water, rinsing well and air drying.
Limit exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, perfumes and makeup.
Remove jewelry before showering, sleeping, swimming, and storing it in a cool, flat and dry place.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We are unable to offer price adjustments for previous purchases. Prices can fluctuate due to consumer demand, trends and other contingencies. Offers cannot be combined or used retroactively.
SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES
All shipping rates are calculated through UPS / FEDEX / USPS / DHL and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
To ensure the safe delivery of our high-value items, Eredità always requires an adult signature upon delivery. If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt another delivery the following day. Alternatively, you may contact your local delivery office to reroute the shipment to a different address or hold it for pickup at your convenience. We take the security of your order seriously and appreciate your understanding in helping us ensure its safe arrival.
